The Volpe National Transportation Systems Center has announced the award of the Task Order contract to a team led by Northrop Grumman Corporation's Information Technology sector. As part of the Northrop Grumman team, RLM Software will support development and maintenance of the FAA's Enhanced Traffic Management System (ETMS), used to evaluate and manage all North American air traffic based on current and anticipated traffic loads. Additional items RLM will be responsible for include research & development and concept engineering of various FAA initiatives, and Traffic Flow Management Modernization (TFM-M) project support.
